SERNAC is a supervisory service in accordance with Law 21,081. General requirements

Requirements required to enter the Public Administration indicated in article 12 of Law No. 18,834 on Administrative Statute:

a) Be a citizen or foreigner with a residence permit;
b) Have complied with the Recruitment and Mobilization Law, when applicable;
c) Have health compatible with the performance of the position;
d) Have passed basic education and possess the educational level or professional or technical title required by law due to the nature of the employment;
e) Not having ceased from a public position as a result of having obtained a poor grade, or due to disciplinary action;

Selection Stages

 

A. CURRICULAR ANALYSIS : Corresponds to the review and evaluation of the CVs of the applicants considering the educational background, training and professional experience requested.

As the first phase of curricular evaluation, the information provided in the “Questions to the Applicant” section will be considered, so it will be the sole responsibility of the applicants to provide truthful and representative information of their training and professional experience.
The educational training must be accredited by certificate, as should the training, which must contain the date and number of hours, and must be attached to the application.

Professional experience will be calculated from the date of graduation and according to the experience evidenced in the records (first questions to the applicant and then CV).

The information of each applicant will be weighted according to the definitions in the following tables, where each Subfactor will provide a score, which will be added and generate a final value, determining the applicant’s position in the application ranking. The people who present the highest positions or final scores will advance to the next stage.

B. TECHNICAL EVALUATION: In this stage, the critical technical knowledge for the performance of the position will be evaluated. A test of alternatives will be applied, which will be carried out remotely (via web). Depending on the grade obtained by the candidate in said technical test, an additional score will be assigned as indicated in Table No. 4, so those with a higher total score will advance. Those applicants who present a grade lower than 4 will be automatically eliminated from the process. A second technical application test or “Case Analysis” (group-based) may be carried out to allow discrimination of the specific technical knowledge required, where again only those who present the best scores will advance. Table N°4 is applicable only to the first technical test applied to the applicants, while the second technical test (whether application or group analysis) will have an individual and independent grade, which will not be counted as an additional score. but as a note by itself.

C. PSYCHO-LABOR EVALUATION : In this stage, the psycho-labor adaptation of the applicant to the profile of competencies defined as critical for the correct performance of the position will be evaluated.

The evaluations will be carried out remotely (via the web), and it is the responsibility of the applicant to have the necessary technological resources for their participation.

Once the psycho-labor evaluation has been carried out, those applicants who present the best scores in the selection process will move on to the global assessment interview stage.

D. GLOBAL APPRECIATION INTERVIEW : Through a personal interview carried out by a selection committee, the applicants are assessed globally, which will be carried out remotely (via meet) or in person. It is the applicant’s responsibility to have the necessary resources for this. If it is carried out physically, all preventive, hygiene and capacity measures stipulated by health organizations will be taken.

FINAL SELECTION : A list will be made of those applicants who obtained the highest grades, ordered in descending order according to their final score. The applicants who obtain the highest final scores will be selected, according to the number of vacancies available.
