Your main responsibilities :

· Overseeing the day-to-day management of digital marketing channels
· Manage paid media monthly budget and develop reports and analytics of paid
campaigns, demonstrating return on investment
· Work closely with the Creative Content team on creating landing pages for paid
campaigns, ensuring they are optimised for conversions and can be tracked for reporting

· Organic Social Management across all major social platforms

What you’ll do

  • Working closely with the creative marketing team to champion and lead our Paid media creative Consistently test, learn and implement progressive strategies to maximise performance
  • Champion testing, from audiences and ad placement to ad Sharing learnings with the wider marketing and Ecom team and using results to optimise future creative
  • Manage tracking set-up, feed management, and any necessary tech and creative requirements for remarketing and prospecting activities
  • Collaborate with other teams- Ecom, Creative, Retail and agency partners to design high-quality converting campaigns to improve CVR and achieve Revenue targets
  • Build a high-performing acquisition program focusing on growing Brand Awareness in our key markets

In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • Min 3+ years of experience working in DTC digital marketing (PPC, Display, Social and Affiliates)
  • Proficient user of Google Analytics (GA4 preferable)
  • Proficient user of Google Ads & Meta Business Manager
  • Experience with multiple platforms g. YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Pinterest
  • Proactive communication style driving collaboration across different teams

Base pay range

  • Compensation may vary based on skills and
  • Location in London (Bricklane neighbourhood)
  • Annual company performance bonus of up to 1 month of your gross salary
