The communication and social media intern will have the following main objectives:

 

  • Support the social media team in developing and implementing content strategies that engage the target audience, promote the brand and increase the company’s online presence;
  • Assist in collecting data on the performance of content on social media;
  • Support in the development of creative and original content for different social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn;
  • Assist in writing informative texts for email marketing campaigns and blog posts;
  • Support in the creation and adaptation of content for the company’s website, including page updates, blog posts and landing page materials;
  • Assist in scheduling and publishing posts;
  • Support in monitoring interactions on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner;
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports, offering insights and recommendations based on performance metrics;
  • Support team members in integrated communication projects and promotional campaigns;
  • Participate in brainstorming and strategic planning meetings.
