TGI Fridays are hiring a Junior Digital Marketing and Performance Manager to help plan and execute our digital performance channels. Working with and closely managing our agencies, you will be responsible for helping to deliver Conversion and Top of Funnel campaigns, ensuring the campaigns are kept to budget, hitting targets and creatively inspiring.

 

You’ll need to take a hands-on approach, roll your sleeves up and get stuck into all areas of Digital channels. From Paid Media (Search and Social) to Affiliate marketing, Online Content and Tenancies through to Influencer management; and everything in between.

 

The successful candidate needs to have an eye for detail and be able to apply and uphold Brand Guidelines whilst ensuring creative uses strong creative tactics. You should be able to pull together reports, research on trends and presentations.

 

This is an exciting role working for a fantastic well-known national brand. You’ll be reporting into the Head of Digital and play a key part of a strong Marketing team, working closely with the rest of the team and wider business for a united Comms approach.

 

This is a remote role (based within the UK), but frequent travel for meetings is required to various locations including London and Stratford on Avon. 

 

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Head of Digital, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage digital media channels to deliver target revenue within budget
  • Lead influencer program
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance and make recommendations

Responsibilities:

  • Agency management – briefing campaigns and requirements, feedback, monitoring, critiquing and day to day management
  • Managing all digital media channels across different stages of the conversion funnel – creative and content, billing, analysis
  • and reporting
  • Creative ideas, critiquing and feedback (hands on experience on creative programs like Canva is a benefit)

Key Skills

  • At least 3 year’s experience in a similar Digital marketing role
  • Experience of digital performance channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Influencers, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, Display, Email, Online PR etc
  • Understanding of tracking and attribution across different channels including Organic channels
  • Experience of Tik Tok strategy and execution including working with Influencers
  • Google Analytics (GA4) experience including tracking management and analysis
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience of regular reporting
  • Budget management and invoice processing
