Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Location : Arequipa, Peru

Position Objective:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the university’s image and programs.
  • Increase the visibility and reach of the university in the regional community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design the creative line and execute marketing and advertising campaigns aligned with the organization’s strategic planning.
  • Manage the university’s social networks and web content.
  • Coordinate events and educational fairs with the responsible areas.
  • Analyze market data and educational trends to feed strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments for integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and supervise SEO, SEM and digital ecosystem strategies.
  • Manage and optimize the use of the organization’s marketing, sales and contact suites.
  • Lead and supervise marketing projects, including mailing campaigns, surveys and brand management.
  • Implement and monitor digital marketing strategies.
  • Establish and manage help desks to support marketing and communication initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • University degree in Marketing, Administration, Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in marketing roles, preferably in the education sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and social media tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in SEO, digital marketing and brand management.
  • Experience in managing CRM, preferably ZOHO CRM Plus.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing marketing projects.
  • Portfolio of marketing projects carried out.

Desirable Competencies :

  • Knowledge of the educational market in Arequipa and southern Peru.
  • Experience in marketing budget management.
  • Demonstrable management in Digital Community Administration (Community manager)
  • Experience in the implementation and management of digital ecosystems and help desks.

Position type: Full time

Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.4,000.00 per month
