- Creating and updating training documents for basic, advanced and expert training in service (technology and customer contact staff)
- Participation and support in the training concept
- Support and further development of the “Education Channel” learning platform
- Creation of web-based training and tutorials
- Supervision of internal information provision (Sharepoint)
- Supporting the training bases and colleagues in IT matters
(Support, for network and hardware)
THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- High affinity for automobiles and technology (technical background is an advantage)
- High IT affinity
- Very good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
- good written and spoken English knowledge
- Experience with our corporate brands is an advantage
- Independent action and creative skills
- Experience in preparing and summarizing information
