About the Team
Vivup’s marketing growth team is at the very core of our activity. We are instrumental in building and creating all comms and activity to generate new business leads through targeted campaigns and messaging to build market awareness and drive engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take ownership of wellbeing content, including content planning, creation and delivery
- Support the content manager to develop the strategy and core messaging of our wellbeing proposition
- Work alongside the content team to ensure consistency between wellbeing proposition and full proposition collateral and content
- Point of contact for the wellbeing sales team for marketing support
- Lead on the creation of wellbeing sales collateral, including pitch decks, guides, pdfs and more
- Full ownership of maintaining and updating the product collateral for our wellbeing solutions such as product sheets and brochures
- Work with the content manager on wellbeing partnership collateral
- Support the content team for the creation of wellbeing focused content, such as blogs and guides
- Work with our Business Development and Client Success teams to build out case studies from our existing and new clients
- Review existing and new content to identify improvements
- Support the content manager across overall content strategy and plans
- Support content manager with reporting on wellbeing content activity
- Monitor competitors and ensure that Vivup maintains its position as an industry leader
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a content marketing role
- Very keen attention to detail
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective comms and assets
- Confident briefing copywriting and creative team for a variety of formats
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality content Evidence of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Works efficiently and good time management
- Self-starter and team player, happy to work independently and as part of a team
- Generate new ideas and present these to the content manager
- Experience in Wellbeing sector, with an understanding wellbeing market and solutions desirable but not essential
- Experience with HubSpot desirable
The Interview Process
Our interview process involves 4 main stages:
- Application
- Short call with a member of the TA team
- 30-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
- Final Interview and task with two members of the team
