Social Media Content Creator

Contractor Staffing Source is looking for a fully remote Social Media Content Creator to get us to that next level of exposure and you might be the person to help us with

that! We are a staffing firm for contractors with a primary focus on helping residential contractors find quality employees at a fraction of the cost of other conventional recruiters.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience managing social media platforms

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms=Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Yelp, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; creative and conversational writer who revels in accuracy and is a diligent proofreader

Experience with writing email newsletters

Basic graphic design and video editing experience

Working knowledge of principles of SEO and analytics

Preferred but not needed: Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, or related field in social media and marketing

Responsibilities:

Reports to the Owner, managing our social media and digital content efforts

Daily responsibilities include content strategy and development(and identifying and optimizing cross platform content opportunities(for other marketing channels) social media messages and curating within

Serve as a team leader and subject matter expert(SME) to develop and implement nationwide social media strategy across all channels(Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc…)

Serve as lead storyteller and interviewer for clients new hires to generate content for CSS and the clients we recruit for which includes email newsletter, blog posts, and promotional videos

Participate as a key member of the Marketing & Sales Team

Schedule and create content and serve as lead editor of social media communities and email marketing efforts

The ability to respond to certain posts in real time no matter what time of day or week.

Actively source and negotiate new influencer partnerships to support brand growth and social content

Monitor and analyze social media trends, emerging influencers in the construction industry, and competition performance to inform on companys marketing activities

Benefits & Pay:

Fully remote/Contracted position

US dollars: $5-7/hour negotiable
