We are seeking a Social Media and Content Manager to elevate our brand’s online presence. This role is ideal for innovative thinkers who are skilled in digital communication and passionate about education and storytelling. Whether you’re a seasoned professional, a current college student, or someone with relevant experience but no formal degree, we value creativity, initiative, and the ability to engage effectively with our audience.

Job Description

• Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute a social media strategy that reflects our brand’s mission and educational goals.
• Content Development: Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to stimulate community engagement, ensuring that it is educationally sound and developmentally appropriate.
• Community Engagement: Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Analytics: Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed, using data to optimize future actions.
• Collaboration: Partner with other educational content creators and influencers to expand our reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in social media management or content creation. Experience in the education sector, children’s media, or similar fields is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Skills: Strong command of content creation tools, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to produce creative and interactive content.
• Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related fields is preferred, but not required. Current students or non-degree holders with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Attributes: Energetic, creative, and proactive. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Passion for education and innovation.
