SUMMARY

The Social Media Strategist is a key player in our Marketing team, responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that drive brand growth and resonate with our audience. This creative and strategic role demands a deep understanding of social media trends and the ability to craft compelling narratives that captivate our community.

Salary: 70K-80K annually

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Planning: Craft and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with and amplify our overall marketing goals, focusing on long-term audience engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Creative Leadership: Lead creative briefings to inspire groundbreaking content, reflecting market trends, and evolving brand identity.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Harness analytics to inform strategic choices, measure campaign effectiveness, and refine tactics for increased engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborative Integration: Work in concert with cross-functional teams to weave social media initiatives seamlessly into our marketing fabric.
  • Content Excellence: Curate and manage a culturally relevant content calendar, ensuring a consistent and authentic brand voice across all campaigns and initiatives.
  • Compliance and Advocacy: Coordinate with regulatory and customer service teams to maintain brand integrity and foster positive consumer interactions.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators, aligning efforts for mutual growth and authentic engagement.
  • Community Building: Actively engage with our community, sparking conversations, and nurturing connections to strengthen our brand’s social presence.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • Experience: At least 4 years in a strategic social media or digital marketing role, with a portfolio showcasing successful strategies and creative campaigns.
  • Strategic Acumen: A foresightful approach to market trends, competitive analysis, and strategic brand positioning.
  • Creative Flair: An innate talent for storytelling, with a knack for crafting narratives that bring the brand’s ethos to life in a social context.
  • Analytical Proficiency: A robust understanding of social analytics, translating data into actionable insights and strategic improvements.
  • Communication Proficency: Good presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and compellingly to a varied audience.
  • Brand Champion: A dynamic personality that naturally embodies and promotes Daiya’s brand values, driving engagement and loyalty.
