Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing video content primarily for advertising purposes and organic social media posts. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver compelling and high-quality video content that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

– Edit and assemble footage into a finished project that matches the brand’s vision.

– Must be available for editing from 8 am – 4 pm MST.

– Create and edit videos for a variety of platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to execute videos.

– Utilize creative storytelling techniques to captivate audiences and promote our products effectively.

– Provide final polishing of all cuts, including color correction, sound mixing, and rendering for different delivery platforms.

– Keep up-to-date with trending techniques in video production and editing.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a video editor with a portfolio showcasing your skills.

– Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

– Creative mind and storytelling skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

– Thorough attention to detail, aesthetic skills, and an understanding of the latest trends in video production and equipment.
