We are a remote first company but prefer a candidate who is ET based given the location of our team and company leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Brand Positioning: Develop market positioning that differentiates us from other companies. Ensure brand alignment with strategic goals that resonates with our customers.
  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop a full marketing plan in alignment with our strategic business goals and our new developer-first and PLG plan.
  • Demand Generation: Create and execute marketing campaigns that produce customers and leads. Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are touched.
  • Public Relations and Communications: Supervise and assess public attitudes, and maintaining mutual relations and understanding between an organization and the public. Improve channels of communication and to institute new ways of setting up a two-way flow of information and understanding.
  • Continuous Data-Driven Optimization: Make decisions based on data. Use data to continually monitor and enhance our marketing channels quickly, being able to pivot when needed.
  • Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with product marketing and management discipline leaders to ensure alignment between marketing, product strategies, and business objectives.
  • Leadership: Lead a team of marketers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of marketing experience in the tech industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful PLG strategies, including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and market data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, set clear goals, and drive results.

CO Posting: The base pay range for candidates located in Colorado is $250,000-$350,000 (/yr). The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience and training, education, skill sets, and other business and organizational needs. A bonus, equity, commissions, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. This position may be considered a promotional opportunity. The disclosed salary range represents an estimate of the base compensation for candidates who can or will be located in Colorado. This range may vary with respect to candidates whose primary work location is outside those jurisdictions.

NYC and CA Posting: The base pay range for candidates located in New York City and California is $250,000-$350,000 (/yr). The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience and training, education, skill sets, and other business and organizational needs.The disclosed salary range represents an estimate of the base compensation for candidates who can or will be located in New York City or California. This range may vary with respect to candidates whose primary work location is outside those jurisdictions.
