JOB DESCRIPTION
With a passion for analysis and creative flair, our sales and growth driven Digital Marketing & Communications Manager shapes and delivers our marketing and communications strategy, amplifying our brand and growing our community of loyal customers.

 

THE ROLE’S MAIN FOCUS IS:

1. In partnership with our restaurant teams, plan and deliver a dynamic sales and growth focussed digital marketing strategy

o   aligned with brand and design standards

o   result-driven and based on data and trend analysis

o   supported with budgets, targeted outcomes; monitoring and reporting.

2. Ensure excellent off and on-line brand communications:

o   to ensure that all brand and communication materials are designed, printed, used and expressed identically across all platforms, third parties and internally.

o   keeping all channels and apps up to date with information, images, descriptions.

3. Support reputation management to positively influence customer service and revenue growth by

o   benchmarking reputation and stay in tune with competitors

o   supporting the company that brand and service standards are delivered

4. Managing positive and effective relationships with your colleagues; media relations; IT parties; graphic designers; printers any other partners or suppliers.
