The core capability requirements for this role are:
- Apply customer-centric service design principles to prepare, edit, create, and design and deliver communication content and projects including video and media, web and mobile applications, and online forms.
- Create original high-quality artwork, graphics, multimedia and document layouts in varying styles and complexity to a high standard.
- Research and analyse complex and contentious issues and assist in the development of appropriate strategies, responses, including media responses and advice.
- Contribute to the delivery of communication services, including the development of communication strategies, writing and editing publications, website content, intranet updates and corporate identity advice.
- Assist with the development and implementation of communications, marketing, stakeholder relations, change and event management plans.
- Work as part of a small team and actively participate in the delivery of core business needs.
Role Requirements:
Technical/ Operational/ Educational experience:
- Qualifications and/or experience in journalism and/or corporate communications, experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and IAP2 certification will be considered favourably.
